 You can download and print application forms from the menu at left or complete the online form and we will get back to you quickly with the information you need. 

You can also choose to have an information packet and invitation to our next open house mailed to you by calling the office directly at 516.333.3178

Complete the application form, and mail it to the school, with the application fee, copy of child's birth certificate or other proof of age.

Once your completed application is received we will contact you to schedule a visit and interview for you and your child.

After your child's visit, the Westbury Friends School Admissions Committee will meet to determine whether the school is able to provide an educational program for your child.
