Before joining Westbury Friends School in 2000, I taught Kindergarten, Fourth and Fifth Grade at other public and private schools on Long Island. I taught Fourth Grade at WFS for 8 years and currently I am teaching Second Grade. I received my undergraduate degree at SUNY New Paltz and my Masters at SUNY Stony Brook.
I have been married to my husband for 8 years and we have two wonderful boys. When not teaching I enjoy when my husband takes me out to dinner or cooks our family elaborate meals. Reading is my passion and I look forward to meeting with my Book Club once a month to share our thoughts and ideas on the books we read.
